The Flexsil lid 1/9 Ninth Pan Lid Cover is designed to reduce the use and waste of plastic film wrap and foil on gastronomes and steam pans in commercial kitchens, the Flexsil-lid is an environmentally friendly, time-saving option for day-to-day preparation in food service establishments around the world. The reusable lid is primarily designed for keeping food items fresher longer in steam pans when stored in fridges or cool rooms, but has multiple uses, including cooking and freezing.

Flexsil-Lid by Wrapmaster silicone lids have multiple uses when used with gastronorm containers, including cooking in the oven or microwave up to up to 220°C / 428°F, freezing to -40°C / -40°F and when used for storage in cold stores or fridges.

The Lip-Lock design fits most International Gastronome GN trays and steam pans, including, stainless steel, plastic, polycarbonate, ceramic and melamine.
