The Matt 85 printer is a direct thermal label Printer designed for the kitchen and compliments DayMark's kitchen automation platform. It has transformed how restaurants, retail food-service, and non-commercial kitchens efficiently and safely prepare food for the public. The system starts with DayMark’s totally secure, server-independent digital distribution platform: the GATEWAY. DayMark’s own cloud based GATEWAY that hosts a number of innovative applications Like the menu Pilot and the menu command system.

There is no ongoing software cost. Training is also included in the cost.

DayMark also delivers companion hardware with the Matt 85 direct thermal label printer and Android tablet, facilitating on-demand production of shelf-life, food rotation and complex grab & go product labeling.
